I don’t understand why they called themselves “rebels”. Rebels don’t want to just leave and be left alone.
As for a second Civil War, it’s gonna’ be hard to figure out who to shoot at.

Outside of the box solutions:
- Article V convention to repeal the 17th amendment. Also create the state of New England combining Me,Ct,MA,RI,NH & VT with two senators instead of 12!
- Let CA secede, that would draw the looney leftist and illegals out of the USA like a vacuum cleaner.
These are two possible non-war solutions.
