Harry Reid revoked the filibuster on all nominations except for those of Supreme Court justices. Turtlehead has said he will not use the nuclear option on Trump's Supreme Court nominee.
The ONLY reason that Reid did not unilaterally abolish Supreme Court filibusters when he unilaterally abolished filibusters of all other Presidential nominees is because there were no Supreme Court vacancies at the time.

And the sumb**** ain’t up for re-election until 2020 so we can’t threaten him much by saying we’ll primary him.
Not much chance we could replace him as majority leader either, because all the RINOs will back him, and that is probably at least 30 senators right there.
