McConnell should put the Senate into recess, and then Trump can bypass the Rats altogether and make recess appointments.
Because Mitch McTurtle is more interested in the stability of the senate than he is in promoting the new administrations agenda including, apparently, his cabinet. How long can they stall with this tactic?

This is what Senate Democrats mean by middle ground.
But it’s not done by fiat. It has to be voted on to bring it to the floor.
The President can make appointments during a recess - not when the Senate is adjourned. Adjournment is merely close of business for the day.

It would take courage, but another option would be for McConnell or Pence to compel a Democrat Senator’s attendance by the Sergeant of Arms. McConnell has options if he will only use them.
In 2018, my ‘Rat senator (Joe Manchin) will be up for de-election. I plan voting against him regardless of what he does in the Senate for the next 2 years.
This rebellion occurring on local, state, and national levels shows to me, in my opinion, just how close we are to attempts at all-out revolution from the leftists/progressives/communists. How blatant, how in-your-face, how disrespectful of law and order. They must feel that they were very close to taking the country lock, stock, and barrel. Now they react as wolves who have just had the juicy steaks ripped from their mouths. Much worse will happen. There will be blood.
