Then please have your relative read the Washington Post article because it directly quotes and ties the GRAB YOUR WALLET person with Nordstrom’s decision. If that isn’t the cause then there should be an immediate correction from WAPO. It is very obvious and damning.
I love Nordstrom, yes one pays a little more but the clerks are first class, clothing doesn’t fall off the hangers and CS is outstanding, love their restaurant. BUT, I am done and willing to sacrifice my small pleasures for a cause. They buckled to the SOROS and anarchist crowd, and they won’t get my money.
LOL for Nordstrom’s response. I wrote them earlier and my comment was ignored. However, the computer sent me a customer satisfaction survey asking me to evaluate my experience with Customer Service so I sent them a detailed, point by point response on their survey form about what they had stepped in. I am sure I won’t hear from them about that either.
