It has had a second floor for quite a while.
Yep, I too remember the empty mall parking lots on Sundays decades ago.
I remember my dad teaching me to drive with plenty of space in the empty lots on Sunday. Among other things, he taught me about spinouts and skids, and practiced how to handle such situations.
Not far from me at all.
