I doubt it is for long. The law and constitution are still clearly on the side of the President. The United States is under NO obligation to take in a single one of the world’s 65 million refugees.
I have seen the news media repeatedly characterizing the handling of the EO as “clumsy”, as “carelessly executed” and other nonsense. The only reason this EO was poorly carried out in the eyes of the media is that a Republican set it in place. The left and media never got upset when Democrats did *exactly* the same thing. The hypocrisy of the left is breathtaking.
So... will the judge who ordered the EO not to be enforced be held personally liable for the damages caused by the next terrorist attack on American soil?

One judge in one Judicial Circuit can’t impact the other dozen circuits in the country. This is a special Friday order to stand stating until Monday. So the media and pundits can discuss other the weekend. I see that the State does not actually providing facts only based on fear of facts. Time will tell. If President Trump doesn’t make it clear soon that he isn’t bound by democrats `judge shopping’ every time they disagree with him on an issue, and they will repeatedly, all they will have to do is find a judge each time to issue an order contravening his order.
