I can’t believe we’ve had a nuclear powered carrier for 50 years and I still can’t find a nuclear powered pickup truck.
I'm not so sure about a pickup truck, but it's preposterous that we don't have nuclear powered commercial ships, railroad locomotives, and even semi-trucks. Submarine size reactors would actually fit in these quite easily, with few issues. The excuses, however are political, not technical.
