Trump needs to eliminate this judges hip and offer him a post in attuned Alaska or accept his resignation. Of course moving expenses are his to absorb.
To get this overturned it has to go to the 9th circuit in San Francisco. Think it’ll be overturned? Doubtful.
Then it gets to the supreme court where there are 4 liberal judges so it’ll be a tie.
I guess Trump could issue a new EO making the ban 89 days then start all over.
Trump’s only choice may be to declare martial law and arrest a bunch of people including judges. As I’ve said before, I now understand how dictators come into power.
Then again, the DOJ and Homeland Security could ignore the judge’s order and create a constitutional crisis. Oh, no!
But apparently the DOJ and Homeland have already fallen in line behind the judge.
It will be on that judge and the liberals that support him. I hope Allah visits that judge and the liberals that support him.
The courts are closed till Monday.
DHS seems to be doing it regardless of what Kelly says or doesn’t say.
A federal circuit judge has no authority to issue a nationwide ban on anything. Nor can a federal judge nullify an executive order. Only the US Congress has that power. Congress needs to quickly impeach this black-robe fascist, remove him from the bench and charge him with sedition.
Blaming the idiocy of this judge on red hair is not necessary. I’m sure many Freepers are red headed also. I do understand & share your frustration though, just not the red-headed part.
Perhaps Trump can issue an emergency EO suspending the landing rights of all these airlines?
The courts were open on Saturday a week ago, and on Sunday morning at 2 am a week ago when the first rulings against the order were issued.
All to benefit NON-CITIZENS.
If you or I needed justice, we would have to wait.
Makes me think there was advance collusion going on.
Why aren't the lawyers looking at and using the Federal Court decision in Boston, which is at conflict with ridiculous lift ban decision?

Well apparently DHS thinks the judge is their boss and not Trump, and so are following him. What is going on?
The judge's order came down on a Friday night -- West Coast time. So even with the speediest preparation, Monday morning might be the earliest it could be officially received and filed.
President Trump should just discontinue all immigration for an indefinite period of time.
If you or I needed justice, we would have to wait.
And when I fly in a few weeks, I will be treated like an enemy combatant by the TSA while all the refugees from Yemen waltz in unaccosted.
I’ve been perusing FR regarding these court decisions and still don’t know why one judge’s opinion supercedes another judge’s decision.

There is zero doubt of which way the leftist judge would rule. The DOJ should have been in the room and had the appeal ready to file the second the Judge ruled, not “At the earliest possible time”.
