No he won’t. The left is trying to create a divide between Mitch and Trump. It will not happen.

Why would they ? There’s way too many Rs against it and nearly all the Ds. Congress needs to keep on health care and tax reform. Trump will get this done and the lefty A-Holes may end up being sorry they fought what was a temporary policy when Trump ends up making it more open ended.

McConnell should not be appearing on CNN. There is no reason for this appearance, none whatsoever.

It’s not going to happen.

Mitch is on board with the President.

He moves slower and that is to be expected.

Oh wait, just wait until there is some kind of terror attack here in the US and the attackers are from one of the seven countries.

At that point, I will expect the Trump Administration to file impeachment charges against the Washington "so-called judge" and the entire Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals - first indict the bastards for treason, then impeach, then when convicted, hang them.

What I would do is do another executive order citing 8 USC 1182f:

8 U.S. Code § 1182 - Inadmissible aliens

(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

Based upon the above statutory law, I would make the determination in accordance with the above citation that the given class of alien would be detrimental to the interests of the United States. That waivers for individuals could be approved if signed off by the Secretary of State AND the Secretary of Homeland Security (not delegatable). And directing the USCIS and DOS to develop and implement regulations within the next 180 days to allow for an orderly transition to a more stringent screening system for countries identified as risks.

I would take out all the buzzwords (e.g., "extreme vetting", etc)...remove the references to "religious minorities" (the DHS Sec'y and DOS Sec'y could know to do it in the first place) and get the replacement signed.

And then sign it without any social media buzz or other bruhaha. Just do it and be done with it.

They won’t investigate voter fraud, but they’ve got three Congressional investigations into alleged Russian meddling with the election.

Explain. What you say is very important. Explain not about McConnell, but what you found about the history of the judge and how you think someone got to the judge.

Don’t let anyone keep playing the paradigm that Republicans support the American People like Trump is trying to do. Even putting his wife in the cabinet didn’t help. Congress for the most part does not represent us.

The question is, who DO they actually represent?

Now we know why we lose even though we control the executive and legislative branches. Spineless asses. Take a lesson from Schumer, Pelosi, Reid, Durban, now deceased Kennedy etc. These Dems know how to fight.

Mitch should have Trump's back on this one, and take this issue to Congress front and center. The Senate should take this one step further by reprimanding Judge Robart, stripping him of his law license and removing him from the bench. Bring that 'fame seeker' Judge up on charges for egregious overreach and usurping the president's authority.

This is about STOPPING TERRORIST ATTACKS ON AMERICAN CITIZENS. Never lose sight of that, Mitch.

Congress needs to pass a law that any victims' families suffering any loss resulting from terrorist attacks resulting from Judge Robart's actions are entitled to holding Judge Robart personally accountable (monetary compensation and criminal) for his illegal ruling.

Make that SOB POS Robart lose some sleep!

So you all still think he will use the nuke option? No he won’t. Let the court decide???? That is the major problem right there.

This whole thing is a red herring. There is no need for Congress to act. They already did. That’s why Trump had the authority to issue the EO in the first place.
