Well said I agree completely at the risk of sounding like a Trump fan boy.
“Ankle bracelets are a ridiculous idea. Theyre not supposed to be here.”
OK... How about shock collars?
I think it was appropriate for Trump to call Robart a so-called judge. Robart acted outside of his judicial authority and outside the long-standing Constitutional law which gives immigration authority to the executive and the congress.
Since Robart acted lawlessly, he should be addressed as a lay person who is calling himself a judge, thusly a so-called judge.

Perfectly stated. I too defended Trump’s use of the term on another thread. I hope that poster reads your defense and responds to both of us on this issue.
Ill go further. Robart is bringing disrepute on the court. He has abused the authority of the court by issuing orders having no basis in law.

Well and truly said. Certainly appropriate to refer to him as a “so-called” judge in this case.
Glad the 9th has already ruled on it

The 9th has ruled on this judge’s restraining order? I have not seen that reported anywhere. Am I misreading this?
Even the 9th Circuit semi follows the Constitution. This will be a quick overturn.
Maybe another judge or a member of the Bar’s Ethics Committee will file a formal complaint about Robart’s unprofessional and possibly unethnical behavior, which could lead to an investigation and possible suspension from his seat.
