California Senate Leader: Half Of My Family In Country Illegally With False Social Security Cards
Zerohedge ^ | February 6, 2017 | Tyler Durden

In testimony provided before the California Senate's Public Safety Committee, Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon (D-Los Angeles) decided to admit that "half of his family" is residing in the United States illegally and with the possession of falsified Social Security Cards and green cards. Lest you think we're exaggerating, here is the exact quote:

"…I can tell you half of my family would be eligible for deportation under [President Donald Trump’s] executive order, because if they got a false Social Security card, if they got a false identification, if they got a false driver’s license prior to us passing AB60, if they got a false green card, and anyone who has family members, you know, who are undocumented knows that almost entirely everybody has secured some sort of false identification. That’s what you need to survive, to work. They are eligible for massive deportation."

The quote came from a hearing being held on SB54, a California Senate bill that was introduced by De Leon that would make the entire state of California a "Sanctuary State" (we discussed SB54 here: "California Considering Legislation To Become First Ever Sanctuary State"). Fast forward to the 1:27:00 mark for the relevant comments from De Leon:

It’s ok because Nancy Pelosi said they are citizens anyway.

How could living illegally with false ID be wrong? Our President did it.

In enforcing the law it is good to start with the most powerful. This lets us peons know the the law will be applied regardless of the station in life. This guy needs to be investigated and those in his family who are here illegally deported. If he supported them, then he should go to ,prison.

I'd make an example of this fool. Round up his family, hand cuff them, put them on a bus, drive the bus over the Mexican border and drop them in the dirt.

Have an ICE agent hold up a sign:

WHO'S NEXT? YOU?

It is indeed a confession. First in line to file charges of fraud should be the IRS. Now, who’s providing these false ids? Treasury should be on them like stink on turds.

How many times did they vote?

Once is too many if they aren't citizens. Add that to the list of other crimes committed by his family.

I'm glad VP Pence is heading up the voter fraud investigation. Statements of this type should make his job much easier.

Democrats get to pick and choose what laws they want to violate.

The real question is, why should we a) regard this guy as an “American”, and b) pay attention to any laws he voted on?

Where in the Constitution does it say we are bound to the will of foreigners?

That’s part of the oath when they take office in Sacramento, whatever you choose to defend.

Admitting to aiding and abetting illegal aliens is probably not a good idea. Your “family” gets deported, and you go to prison. Simple as that. Plenty of FEDERAL offenses in the USC to charge him with.
