By "win the debate with me" you must mean "convince you" since the debate was won long ago by our Founding Fathers when they wrote and then fought for the Declaration of Independence which states:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness"
Did you note where they did not include
"unless the exercise of these rights causes someone, somewhere to be inconvenienced or displeased"?
People have the right to pursue their own happiness. You disagree with that which leads me to say again - Freedom ain't easy and you aren't up to the task.
