I don’t understand why he didn’t just tell the courts to pound sound. But, as has been the case with every move he has made since June 2015, I’ve learned to sit back and wait to see how he is five moves ahead of what my brain can forsee...He's about to expose that particular court as being a highly-biased court. Beyond any reasonable doubt.
Sitting back and watching is a good approach.

9th circuit court will make their ruling AFTER 5PM Friday so as to render further action useless until Monday morning. Our courts should not be 9-5. Time to break up the 9th.
