I saw that, but couldn’t make head or tails of where it tells you the date of the original act (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and the dates of it modifications preferably with what in 8 U.S.C. 1182(f) was modified.

The obfuscation is intentional, no doubt.
I didn't do too well in my legal research class, sadly.
