That depends on whether or not you believe the GOP leadership wants to get rid of Trump, elevate Pence, and install Ryan as VP.
If you believe THAT, then all you need do is bait Trump into defying a court order, and the fight is almost over.

This EO applies to all travel from those 7 countries. Many can be vetted quickly, some can can be vetted eventually. For those who we are unable to vet after a designated period of time, the order should send them back home, or deport them to Canada.
It is better to say that the Constitution grants the President has wide ranging authority when it comes to foreign relations. Specifically, when it comes to granting access (including issuing visas) to aliens, statutes have given him full authority to exclude people and classes of people who the President has determined to be a threat to the United States. That is precisely what President Trump has done.

That is what I would due is advise my embassies not to issue any more visa’s or Passports from those countries..
Far as I’m concerned they could disband the 9th and impeach all the judges..

I think he'll be a great asset in this situation, and in achieving the President's overall law and order goals.
I suggested to my wife he do a ban on Syria, and then add some random countries into mix, say like Germany, the Vatican, and maybe the Sudan. Just pick a few and put a ban on them with no explanation whatsoever other than it is his prerogative. And then add a country to the list each week. My wife thought that would make him a dictator.
