To: Auntie Mame

There’s another article about this at the same website indicating there is no bond for these cretins and they are being held in jail. Here’s the link to that January 6, 2017 article:

They’ve been in jail for a little over a month. There’s a video interview of one of the defendants’ brother at the link above right after he got kicked out of the courtroom at the bond hearing, for reasons not given. He seems like a nice young man, but it’s really hard to understand what he’s saying, they should have had subtitles. Thinks his brother did what he did because he was on drunk or high.

Didn't this take place over a period of some hours?

Now granted that I tend not to take recreational drugs or drink to excess but wouldn't someone who was out of control because of drugs or drink either fall asleep or sober up over that length of time?

So if a drunk driver kills someone can they say not guilty because they were drunk.........the brother is clearly not using all brain cells
