CA_DWR⁩ with us army corps says Lake Oroville is at 854 feet. At 11 am Dwr will release. 8300 cfs down the spillway. 20000 in total with the hydroelectric plant. This will start to flow at 11am. First use of Lake Oroville repaired spillway.
