Watching Cahill’s video. Lake is only 10’ below emergency spillway crest. He claims there are problems with the spillway radial tainter gates, and that’s why they’re not releasing water down the rebuilt spillway.
Way back up-thread, ER333 pointed out the gate problems two years ago.
