Emergency Repair work: New photo from 8:15am this morning 2/14/2017. Activity: Rock trucks continually dumping material into erosion crevasses. Dozer pushing & leveling large rock. Concrete pumper on site and moving the boom arm to where the grader is working. Continual stream of non-stop large semi trucks bringing rock via the Dam access road. This location of the dozer & the large rock pile aligns at/near the water bubbling on the other side. Not sure if this is a concern area of a potential seep or leak through.
