NSA is primarily a military agency. You only hear about the much smaller civilian side. Defunding it would cripple the US military, leaving it blind and deaf. Is that what you want?
If I had to choose between having President Trump continue in office or having a corrupt NSA, I’d choose the former every time.
A lot of us on FR served in the Army Security Agency (ASA); the Naval Security Group (NSGP); and the Air Force Security Service (AFSS)--armed force's "versions" of NSA. President Trump should re-launch these now-defunct (I think) orgs. and split up NSA's massive military resources between them. Having done this, Trump should then defund the NSA.

If the NSA makes itself the enemy of the Constitution then yes, that’s exactly what I want.
