Chances are that he would have been dysfunctional. One thing for certain, he's a jerk so I say he did this nation a favor.

The only real conclusion I draw from this, there has been a delay in filling the position, and Trump made a sly comment today at the presser, like it wasn't a done deal yet, though he expressed hope.

So, other than the reported insult, it seems to jive with facts on the ground.
