I thought President Trump was going to ask the Russians to help with the Illegal Alien Criminal Invaders.
When I heard this my heart leapt with joy. What is the National Guard FOR if not to ‘guard’ the nation? Against invaders, against danger? IMO, rounding up illegals is PRECISELY what the NG should be used for- not fighting in foreign countries. I fervently hope it DOES happen.
What does that mean?
It seems that a good portion of Congress are not on the side of the American Citizen who pays all the bills in this country.
There are NO ‘law-abiding” illegal aliens.
ALL illegal aliens MUST break laws daily to continue their illegal presence.
Illegal aliens should not be given the opportunity to harm or kill Americans before we deport them.
ALL illegal aliens are subject to deportation according to the law.
DACA must be ended.

It would be at the discretion of the State Governor how many Guardsmen are activated (this is not Federalization) - but there may have been some discussion of potential Federal funding for States that might want to participate.
Legally, Guardsmen under State command, just like State and local law enforcement, can be delegated authority to enforce immigration laws. Posse Comitatus does not apply unless they are Federalized.
This might also be for border enforcement missions, rather than urban round-ups (but both are legal).
That's because the Democrats don't believe in law and order. You can't have chaos when there is law and order.

The thing is, they’re too stoopid to even realize that if it were not for their complete disregard for the Rule of Law, they most likely wouldn’t be a minority in congress, and quite possibly would have a libtard in the White House again. Their stupidity truly is epic.
This is how it works. It was in a newspaper so he tries to legitimize it as truth by saying “as reported”.
Maybe it’s all part of the trap to catch the leaker.
I have a feeling these stories are put out to find out who is doing the leaking.
I can imagine that Trump only sent this to a select few individuals he expects are leaking to the press. Trump will throw them a hidden grenade and it will blow up in their faces.
This whole 100k National Guardsmen thing smacks of an old, tried and true political trick. It’s one of the oldest, and it works very well.
The trick is this:
Misrepresent your opponent’s position on XYZ. (Even if his position is the same as yours).
Then, self-righteously and with great indignation, in front of the cameras or reporters for best effect, condemn you opponent for having that position (that you misrepresented) and call on your opponent to defend his position (that he doesn’t have).
This has two effects, one it makes you look good, and two it makes your opponent look bad.
Ted Kennedy said it was one of his favorite political tricks because it works so well, and he used it many times.
But the trick doesn’t work on Trump or his followers in this matter, because the idea of it, while repugnant to Dems and liberals, is actually favored by the right, so they are wasting their breath and airtime.................
