Hussein Obama said first that the elections could NOT be hacked when Hillary was ahead.

Then Hussein Obama said it was the Russians that hacked the election.

Then the "intelligence" services said no actual vote changing was done.

Then it by default goes back to the Demonrats who said it was the Russians all along who released Hillary's emails to get Donald Trump elected!
