I don’t see McCain’s remarks to be as potent, or patently anti-US, as some interpret them to be. The global struggle writ large is between Western Civilization and the the rest. McCain falls squarely on the side of the former. Yes, he is a globalist meddler. Not good. He’ll have to deal with the will of the people at some point. But “traitor” and “shadow government conspirator” have a ring of desperation one might better ascribe to the uninformed and those who would make fake enemies on the basis of fake news.
