That was the headline that the NYT used? I seriously doubt it. Excerpts should be posted with the original headline, and your version should appear in parentheses after it.
The actual headline is: "In Trump Era, Censorship May Start in the Newsroom."
I reported the poster's lapse to the moderator with a request to change it back to the original headline, but apparently the moderator's aren't awake yet.
