I guess Obama just assumed every proclamation he made would be etched in stone - live by the proclamation, die by the proclamation...so let’s hope the do-nothing-congress follows up on some of these EO’s with laws that can’t be just undone by the next democratic occupant of the white house (and yes sadly, there will be one someday, so let’s not govern like it will never happen).
