Meanwhile the teachers I know have to be subjected to constant left wing posts by their fellow teachers on Facebook.
Is this any different from your neighbors reporting you for saying something they don’t agree with?
We don’t want “brown shirts” going around “telling on” people. What would we say if a teacher at the same school was fired for saying something negative about Trump?

Same reason I don't put a Trump bumper sticker on my truck here in Florida. When I go to the big city to go to the VA and shop and run errands, I am afraid some idiot will key the side of my truck or worse.
The big city I refer to is the home of a liberal university and its snowflake students and various assundry other liberal people like teachers, etc.
I don't do Facebook or any social media. Emails are private and can be addressed to people you know. Facebook is like telling the world everything about you. Not a good idea in this divided country.
