Because the RATS have successfully filled California with gutter-level voters that want to keep taking from the providers in the state. It is why Repub candidates do not waste their time here. It is useless. As long as this perpetuates, nothing will change and the criminal RATS have a long-term home.
Her district needs to be gerrymandered. Maybe a corridor a block wide and fifteen miles long connecting it to the nearest white neighborhood.

She’s one of the few remaining Blacks in public office in California, as the Mexican hordes push what few Blacks that remain in CA into a couple of enclaves. Years ago, the Blacks “teamed up” with the fledgling “illegal alien Mexican politicians” to “take over” the government. Once the Mexicans had established themselves as a political power they told the Blacks adios MFs! The result is a couple of brain-dead Blacks like Maxine, whose abject stupidity is on display each and every time they open their mouths.
