Bubbles popping are always that way.

For people with homes as investments to sell, well, they were always always always gambling with a hope for inflation because buildings are a maintenance money sink. My heart doesn’t bleed.

For people selling to move elsewhere, the popping bubble should lower prices elsewhere.
