Does that mean they’re gonna cancel that 1000 dollar a day fine for the unauthorized pond that formed in my backyard after that last deluge ??

Exactly the kind of question that came to my mind too. Is it okay if I collect water in a cistern for my garden now?

I wonder if the Mass tax on rainwater was tied to this.

Building/construction permits are gonna go through the ROOF. And at least 1000 EPA jobs created with this travesty act should disappear instantly.

Maybe, unless you live in Oregon.

IMO ... I think "yes"

During the campaign (though no one remembers it as such and folks seem to have forgotten ... ) Trump said, about the gangs in the inner cities that, "The cops know who you are ..." (or who they are) and I interpretted THAT statement to be the signal, "Elect me and I'll let you do your job.

They did and they are now doing their job(s)

Now, to the EPA LMNOP question .....

It seems the only reactions to Trump has been "announcements" of refusal (The NYC chief that says the cops can ignore Trump's immigration orders, f'rinstance.)

IMO, I'd just go ahead and fill that cistern ... The good guys have always been on your (our) side but hampered by the power strokers.
