When can you get started organizing the big rally you want?
I think it will appear to be more effective if he doesn’t show up. If he did, they would simply dismiss it as DJT-organized.
There are many great speakers that would step up in a heartbeat, to strengthen our demonstrations of support. Governors, State’s Attorney Generals, Herman Cain, Huckabee, Rudy, Bondi, Diamond & Silk, etc. I know the governors from Maine and SC are really great supporters. There will be others as well.
Each state’s Republican Party could take ownership of these rallies, funding, organizing, etc. and make them successful. They have their infrastructure already in place.
I think it is a great idea. Our leader has called for us to do this. He needs us. He’s been there for us, more than we could have ever dreamed. I hope we really do have his back, and that we are there for him.
Oh stop. I think we can agree that if it were conceivable most people would love to do a massive rally in DC. The bigger the better.
I know that many can’t make it that far, and for many very good reasons. But many CAN, and if it is doable I think it would be a worthwhile thing to do. As I said, the state rallys are terrific, but making a giant statement would be extra terrific.
And I am available to help organize in any way that my limited skills allow.
The DC Chapter got started by a single Freeper, the late great Mr. Confettiman, deciding he had enough and started street Freeping the Clinton’s in the White House. As a charter member we never had large numbers. We never felt we were ineffective. Street Freeping can be fun give it a try if you haven’t. I applaud these organizers. You gotta start somehere. Better than “All Talk and No Action.”
Ever read my blog? I did that research because everyone kept asking “why doesn’t someone do ...” so, I did. And I found others to help me to do the things that I could not.
I am not a slacker. I just have limited skills, and zero contacts. But I do have the desire to help if needed.
At least I am willing to help out, so how is that “no action”?

They do respond to messages left for them.
This effort would have more impact if others join in and actually help get the word out. Help send the message that it time to organize... rather than waiting for someone else to do the work.
A great and easy way for everyone to help put the idea out is to 'hit reply' in the many political news emails we get and tell it's time for the Trump worthy, snowflake triggering monster rally. Show the media, Soros & politicians what real Grass Roots looks like.
So the first thing I would guess ... is to pick a date to hold the rally, then see what the response to that is?
I would think April 29th would be grand. Same date as the correspondents dinner, should get more press coverage that way also. Two months is a decent amount of time I would think, because that’s all the pussyhead people had and they managed to
A quick check shows that hotel rates (downtown DC) are between $175-$250 (decent hotels) per night (before taxes)for both the 28th and the 29th. Outside of the city and near metro stations will be much lower, especially if blocks are booked.
I will try and reach out to a couple of bloggers and see if they will take the readers temperature on this idea.
The date is the big thing right now - and finding out about a permit, insurance. (Just thinking out loud)
Agreed Americans need to March on DC and every other capital and let those in power know we want real change.

I was thinking that we also need to name the rally/march.
How about something like Middle America March? President Trump frequently mentions middle Americans, so ...
I hope we can get this off the ground, so all suggestions for what to call the rally are welcome, alternative dates are welcome. As to the many (I counted about 70 on that list) small rallys planned for this next week, those rallys are great for bonding like minded folks, but they will be ignored by the press. A huge rally in DC with the backdrop of the dishonest media on the night they have their President Trump roast for dinner - that will make a statement!
