But the time frame we are talking about is in October. So, the first part of his statement is meaningless. Next we have as a candidate, or against his campaign. Of course the wiretap wasn't against him as a candidate or his campaign. The wiretap was specifically against the server at Trump Tower. So the other half of his statement is meaningless also.
