What would be funny in a way, is if this British private security company that came up with the McCain ‘dirty’ dossier....went through some middle-man who they didn’t really know...and got the entire package from an insider of the White House was attempting to fake people out and make them think they were insider KGB folks.
At this point, the whole fake news story and Russian connection story starts to take on a totally different angle and view.

The standard for getting a wiretap authorization is not to see what’s going on. Affadavits must be presented outlining probable cause and the reasons that the authority is needed. Omitting material facts from those affadavits is a felony, perjury. So let’s see what was in the first, and second requests to the FISA court, who signs off, and what was different about the 2nd request that got it approved
All this is on the record.

He’s not flabbergasted. He immediately spun this into proof that Trump must have been conspiring with the Russians because FISA warrants are extremely hard to get, particularly during a slugfest campaign for POTUS>
With all due respect, some unnamed source telling someone “I believe its true” doesn’t translate to “Obama administration admits its true” in my mind. Still, I don’t doubt it happened, and the left certainly uses this sort of “I heard it, so its true” tactic.
Of course its true. The “Russia” story was the pretext. They were going to do it regardless. Look back at Obama’s history; he always makes it a point to have the goods on his opponents. Sealed records unseal themselves like magic. They have wire-tapped journalists and congressmen. So of course they wiretapped Trump.
They claimed that they accidently recorded Flynn because they were tapping the ambassador; I believe its the opposite. Flynn was the target, along with all of Trump’s people. And anyone who might be of interest to the obamists.
GITMO is too good for Obama. But a little waterboard will elicit the truth.

It sounds like Barky, Valerie, Loretta, Rhodes et al were speculating that Trump was offering to drop the sanctions against Putin if the Russians hacked Podesta and the DNC.
I would bet the only evidence they had was the joke that Trump told about “Russia, if you’re listening, release Hillary’s destroyed emails.”
Would anyone be surprised if they presented that as some kind of serious evidence to a Clinton-appointed judge who then approved spying on Trump?
I’m sure Barry is quite surprised reading about his felonies today.

When I first read your post, having just watched the clip, I was thinking of Guilfoyle.
I would think the bar would be far higher in a Presidential campaign when the wiretap is on the opposition party. One would think they’d have to have proof not just that someone in the campaign might be suspect but that the entire campaign was involved.
I say this because they bugged trump’s campaign hdqtrs and personal residence in one fell swoop.
