McCain is the one that sought out the dossier and turned it over to the FBI.
I do not know IF lord McCain 'sought' it out, or helped plant it and then made the extra ordinary act of sending someone to retrieve it. My thinking is that Rick Wilson, campaign manager of former CIA Evan McMuffin got British spy to formulate its final production.

the “dossier” was bullsh*t, and McCain didn’t “seek it out”. it was a clinton dirty trick that they never felt necessary to use — they thought the election was in the bag.
