Schaffer called out Obama and said he probably did order the wiretaps.

My only issue is that it's doubtful Obama himself actually ordered the wiretaps. He doesn't need to. When it comes to these types of sketchy activities, he hires people who know exactly what to do without being told to do it. It's how he keeps his hands clean.

Obama isn’t the real target here. The real target is removing his close loyalists from positions of power, taking away his teeth in the process. You don’t kill a king in chess.

Obama didn’t have to order it, he just could have “dropped hints.”

Remember this case from English history:
