Grassley’s letter to the FBI regarding the FBI paying Mr. Steele for the dossier, mucks things up for McCain.
The FBI knew about Steele and paid him for the dossier in October.
So far nobody is asking the questions:
so why use McCain as a bag man for the dossier in December ?
and who informed McCain about it in the first place ?
Then play it as if the FBI didn’t know about it until then ?
McCain is grandstanding, he knows that the WH will not be making any further comments.

Reports concerning potentially politically motivated investigations immediately ahead of the 2016 election are very troubling.
President Donald J. Trump is requesting that as part of their investigation into Russian activity, the congressional intelligence committees exercise their oversight authority to determine whether executive branch investigative powers were abused in 2016.
Neither the White House nor the President will comment further until such oversight is conducted.

How do you get rid of a creature who has long out lived it’s welcome? For whatever reason , the people of Arizona keep re-electing him. He seems like one of these creatures that will never die unless a stake is driven through it’s heart. John, please do America a favor and just go away.
