They are just ignorant children who never grew beyond their rebellious teen years. Still trying to prove to mommy & daddy that they are their “own person”. They need a large dose of reality therapy.
I suspect many of them are getting a large dose of reality; despite all the affirmative action assistance given them, in my small world I see VERY few young white women being hired. Plenty of young Hispanic and Asian women (depending on the skills required), but almost no young white women (and often it is older white women who don’t want them).
They’ve become as toxic as certain ethnic minorities in terms of hiring.
