She really looks mentally unstable. Her pallor is way off, as well. I'm thinking she needs some professional help, most likely inpatient. No sane, rational, mentally-healthy person thinks, "I'm going to go to this event and just scream over and over". ..unless, of course, it's a concert. :).
Perhaps she didn't get any attention as a child...and this is the only way she knows how to "be heard".
I saw a documentary once about a feral child supposedly raised by wolves. There are behavioral similarities here.
