Perhaps Bharara’s resignation was requested for no other reason than to make it a complete sweep and a new start….if the review of potential candidates for incoming U.S. Attorneys showed that Bharara was worthy of bringing back on, then that option was always a possibility and perhaps that was always the intent. However, now that Bharara has made such a fuss about this, he may have just moved himself from the front to the back of the line…..
Bharara is slick enough to have seen all that coming,hence the Nov. meeting.If there was no November meeting Bharara’s actions would seem bizarre even childish. But, keeping that in mind you have to wonder,what else is going on.
