This is no longer The Era of Obama; this is the era of Trump, and responses to such slights of The President ought to reflect that. Trump's not the sort to re-educate people who already know better; he hasn't got time for that crap. Whomever it is knows their job, has a basic knowledge of Trump's style, but intentionally communicated an erroneous picture of Trump's expectations.
They don't need re-training; they need replacing.
That's what I said in my earlier post on the thread: "If it was one of Trump's staff, they need to be gone."
