SpaceX may launch the EchoStar 23 communications satellite from historic Pad 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 1:35 a.m. EDT (0535 GMT) on Thursday (March 16). The mission was originally scheduled for Tuesday (March 14), but cloudy skies and high winds forced a scrub; Thursday is the next available opportunity, SpaceX representatives have said.
