There are several things wrong with this story.
- They knew Trump didn't release his taxes so it's an invasion of privacy.
- Once they had the taxes they could see he paid a high rate, why did they run with the story? Is their desperation for ratings getting bigger than their hatred of all things Republican?
- The spin that Trump set them up, when they had to have seen the amount he paid before they ran with the story.
- The spin by one of them that Trump benefited from the Alternative Minimum Tax, when in fact that forced Trump to pay a higher rate.

It’s a FELONY.
Law states: if you steal it, expose it, remove it from the IRS offices, show it in public, mail it to someone, give it to someone, IT ALL COUNTS AS COMMITTING A FELONY.
And .. hating Donald J. Trump is not a valid excuse.

By the way, Trump probably paid millions in NY state tax, and NYC municipal tax in addition to the Federal tax shown on the 1040 Form.

That's a huge amount of taxes by any standard, and represented 24% of Trump's income that year. It didn't take long for others to point out this effective rate was higher President Obama's (19%) or Socialist Bernie Sanders (13%), or even the average paid by MSNBC's parent company, Comcast, between 2008 and 2012 (24%). Where is the percentage from the Left's Savior: Hillary?

I wonder... my tax guy I’ve use for years has turned out to be the most hateful anti-Trumper on earth....I wonder how he reacted to seeing Trump pay so much because im sure he thought Trump was a tax cheat on top of every thing else..I just wonder if it gave him pause to rethink

An you know the timing makes me think this is very likely...
Think about it..its one month till tax day..April 15...
Everyone is focus on their own taxes right now so they relate to the hand in their pocket right now.
Everyone is seeing what is taken from them...
So this is the prefect time for for this for people to see Trump paid 38 mil...
Because people will focus on and relate to what he paid..38 million dollars in federal tax in just one year
