I think Trump should say that another Judge has approved the ban, and that he’s going to ignore this judge until it’s appealed, because of the conflict of authorities.
This has become an issue of the Courts exceeding their authority. You can addresses the vetting concurrently as all of this takes more than 90 days but on principal you have to fight this all the way to the Supreme Court after Gorsech is seated
