My town has parts like that too.
This was a black and Dutch blue collar area 30 years ago. Now we have a Cesar Chavez elementary school up the street. But at least the illegals (HINT, ICE) here keep to themselves and dont try to influence local politics.
At least Lupita was nice enough to write her sign in English. Oh, and if you pan the picture around, you can see the bakery that accepts EBT on the other side of the street.
