Buildings under construction fires and explosions have become fairly common.
The live stream at the link is now over. It appears to be one enormous fire!
It was! Caught the beginning of their coverage and it was massive then. They showed a side view up close that should the whole building engulfed at once. ABC11 is now covering. The aerial shots from the choppers is impressive still.

5th Alarm fire in Raleigh, NC. 6 Story apartment building under construction. Multiple high rise exposure fires.
Video is back up now. They are trying to keep it from spreading. 3 more buildings are on fire.
Insurance ?

Just drove north up Saunders St. to I-40 a little after 10pm and saw the massive smoke. Wow. Prayers for anyone down there.
