"Fox News cannot confirm Judge [Andrew] Napolitano's commentary," Smith said. "Fox News knows of no evidence of any kind that the now-president of the United States was surveilled at any time, in any way. Full stop."

When Shep was wiretapped there was evidence linking him to a Disney candlestick.

Oliver Darcy sure was a self-promoting pimp when he was here.

I think he needs to be kicked in the ass for being a
self-promoting thief and a puffed-up jackass punk.

By this logic, if you rob a bank, when the bank was not open for business, then you didn’t rob it.

Major fail on the part of Trump and the White House

Could be, but would that fail compare to the still missing 30,00 Clinton emails that the MSM has conveniently forgotten about?

Or the DNC/Podesta emails that revealed how they screwed Bernie Sanders?

Or the emails that proved Donna Braziel, working for CNN, provided Hillary Clinton with the debate questions?

Come on dude, put your pitchfork down and join the team...........

I strongly disagree with you.

The situation became critical when MSM, Obama and his minions took down and attempted to take down Trump's cabinet (General Flynn and Sessions) and leaked top secret conversations between Trump and leaders of Mexico and Australia. The gloves came off and they needed to come off. The Deep State played hardball with a man with brass balls.

This is a VERY dangerous situation Obama put us in. He DID use the Brits to spy on Trump. But the GCHQ is basically a subsidiary of our NSA. We pay them $100 million a year. And we share critical intel with them. But that system was critical compromised by Obama’s corrupt move, and now this is a crisis in the system. Reason #938 why Obama belongs in jail.

Read and weep. Shep is wrong, so very wrong about his Obama and the Deep State:

From the linked British article (the Independent):

The information Mr Steele, who had been hired by political opponents of Mr Trump, gave to MI6 was disseminated through the UK’s intelligence agencies including GCHQ who provided assessment to their American counterparts, the National Security Agency (NSA). Last week, The New York Times cited “two people familiar with the conclusions” of the US report into the Kremlin’s activities as being “among the first” to raise the alarm in the autumn of 2015 over the hacking of Democratic National Committee computer servers.

Security sources stress that the material Mr Steele had provided was very much “raw humint” (human intelligence) and that GCHQ had used its technological means to carry out its investigation. However, it enabled tracking of hackers outside Russia, in Eastern Europe, who may also have been used in the Kremlin’s American operation.

Yes, shemp is going to do all he can to contribute to the destruction of Trumps presidency. Today, he also said in response to Merkel and Trump both having been surveilled, “never happened.” Seems like he is giving the middle finger to the millions and millions of people who happen to watch Fox and who also voted for Trump. He is basically calling Fox viewers, idiots.

Surveillance systems are complete with the major telecommunication carriers, with their cooperation, after the Patriot Act. It is now built into the architecture of their the Multigigibit data services. They can turn on, or off, the surveillance anytime they want to get real time information. I recall not long ago in the press that some spook(s) were lamenting and lobbying Congress to outlaw encryption for the mere citizen.

It’s hoovered and stored in data collection sites with unlimited storage like the one in Utah, and the data is free for them to browse the information at their will.

With Obama, Brennan, Clapper nexus running the show and hiding their tracks, their is likely none or little paper trail with this off the record “wiretapping”, and is likely hard to get total proof unless a whistle blower comes forward to implicate them in their deceit. Obama and his lieutenants had unsupervised access to all communications data and voice. These clowns would abuse their powers if they thought they could get away with it and don’t doubt they did.

As the RAT party of old used to claim, it was the seriousness of the charge, not the lack of evidence that mattered!
