Better idea. Two walls 20 ft apart, Cement drive on top. Wall full of rats imported and fed from NYC sewers. Feed chutes to the rats fed with dead animals from a rendering service so they get used to eating meat.
If someone is dumb enough to break through the side the rats would spill out on the Mexican side.
