The MSM will savage Trump no matter what he does. Fortunately there’s an alt-media now, and they are rejecting the MSM’s never-ending trump-hate.

Are you for real??? Obama was treated like a GOD in DC...Trump is treated like an enemy of the state...so you really want to condemn him and his family to at least 4 years of hell?
Trump is keeping his promises to the people who elected him and nowhere in that list was to stay in DC surrounded by MSM jerks and psychos. Your asking an awful lot of President Trump. He is working twice as hard as any President in my lifetime and will be saving everyone of us money on taxes, lower energy costs while doing his best to keep us safe.
And by the way, it certainly looks like President Trump and his family will be at greater personal risk than any President since Lincoln. And he’s doing this all for YOU!!! If you can’t understand the difference, then I do believe you will cave on him the first chance you get.
Instead of watching MSNBC and CNN and curling up in the fetal position, try standing up for the President who is working so hard for you. Spend a few hours a week hitting blogs and defending the man who has given up is life for the next 4-8 years for YOU!!!!!!!

If you want to make DRASTIC cuts across the board as needs to be done..you can’t go and then spend $3 million a weekend to jet set to Mar A Lago. The price tag has to be more than $3 million because you have to pay for getting Melania and Barron to DC.
I want some austerity. I don’t want another version of Obama spending like crazy on himself with travel.

Maybe President Trump has realized he and his family aren’t safe at the WH and his phone lines are being tapped.
I would be okay with it if it is for the reason..IF HE STAYS THERE.
As I said..I think he would be safer there. More control. Let him stay there while they get this matter resolved.

I don’t disagree with you, but I wonder if his decision has more to do with his wife and young son. Perhaps Mar-a-lago is a better environment for them.

You nor the media know what the financial arrangements might be for his “vacation” weekends.

All I know is he is not drawing a salary. He appears to work 7 days a week, probably 14 hours a day or more. Those to me are “good optics”
As someone said above, nothing this man does will please the left or the Never-Trumpers on the right.

The real cost of the vacation away from the WH is the cost of the transportation.
If Reagan spent two weeks at a time at his ranch the cost would be far less than if he spent 3 days there every weekend 5 times because he didn’t like the WH.
I am not claiming that Trump isn’t working. He probably is..kind of a work-a-holic. I am not claiming he is lazy. No way.
I am saying that in an age where the agenda is that we need massive cost cutting across the board it is a Let Them Eat Cake deal if you keep spending millions every weekend jet setting to Mar A Lago when you can go to Camp David. He hasn’t even been there. Probably thinks it is a dump.
