This could be a great case if the ACLU takes up the bar’s side and it goes to the SCOTUS. I hope this guy actually loses there, but it’s because I’m seeing this as a more broad issue.

That issue is that I believe businesses should be free to refuse service to anyone and for any reason - unless they are a monopoly, like a power company. And if this makes it to the SCOTUS, they just could rule that way.

No more “you have to bake the cake”. No more putting up with unruly customers simply because they belong to a “protected” minority and you fear a lawsuit.

i.e. freedom to conduct your business as you see fit will significantly expand if this guy sues - and loses in the SCOTUS.
