I’m pretty sure every bar has a sign that says they have the right to refuse service. That is just about every bar I go in and the sign is there for a good reason. They don’t want fights, drunks or people that don’t approve of showers.
This guy should just take his money and go where it is welcome. Doubt he’ll win a lawsuit. The alternative is to get a bunch of like minded individuals and go break up the joint. That would be my choice.
Your response is classically conservative. I, and many like-minded Freepers agree, just go somewhere else. That’s the high road.
But what happens is that Liberals continually use our convictions against us. They sue the heck out of Christian bakers and tailors and pizza shop owners when they are refused service, but when the tables should be turned, conservatives find suing repugnant. It is an uneven battlefield.
I’ve become fine with suing them.

Too bad the plaintiff isn’t a minority or handicapped. He’d end up owning the bar.
